Track 01 · Tool Mastery

Five tools, mastered in context.

Most professionals use one AI tool for everything — usually badly. The real skill is knowing which tool fits which job, and working each one the way it's designed to be worked. We teach all five on your team's actual documents and tasks.

TOOL 01

ChatGPT

THE EVERYDAY WORKHORSE
  • Drafting, rewriting and summarising with reusable prompt patterns
  • Working with spreadsheets and data files inside the chat
  • Building custom GPTs for repeatable team tasks
  • Knowing when its answers need verification — and how to verify
TOOL 02

Claude

LONG DOCUMENTS & CAREFUL WORK
  • Analysing lengthy contracts, reports and financial statements
  • Organising ongoing work with projects and reusable context
  • Creating documents, tools and interactive outputs from a single prompt
  • Structured, step-by-step reasoning for review-grade tasks
TOOL 03

Perplexity

RESEARCH WITH SOURCES
  • Research that returns cited, checkable answers instead of confident guesses
  • Market, regulatory and competitor scanning workflows
  • Following citation trails to primary sources
  • Building a research habit your compliance team can live with
TOOL 04

Gemini

INSIDE GOOGLE WORKSPACE
  • AI directly inside Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive workflows
  • Summarising mail threads and drafting responses in place
  • Sheet analysis and formula help where the data already lives
  • Multimodal work: images, screenshots and documents together
TOOL 05

NotebookLM

YOUR DOCUMENTS AS A BRAIN
  • Building source-grounded notebooks from your own files — answers cite YOUR documents
  • Turning policy manuals, SOPs and reports into a queryable knowledge base
  • Generating study guides, briefings and audio overviews from sources
  • The safest first step into "chat with our documents" for any team

EVERY TOOL SESSION INCLUDES YOUR DATA-HANDLING RULES: WHAT MAY ENTER EACH TOOL, WHAT NEVER MAY, AND WHY.

Track 02 · Vibe Coding

Build software by describing it.

Vibe coding is the skill of directing AI to write working code for you — describing what you want, testing what comes back, and refining until it works. No programming background required. It has quietly become the highest-leverage skill a non-technical professional can learn.

Module A

Vibe Coding with HTML

Participants build real, shareable web tools during the session — by prompting, previewing and iterating. No syntax memorisation; the AI writes the code, you direct the outcome.

  • Build a working calculatorAn EMI, GST or costing calculator your team can actually use — built live, from a description.
  • Create internal tools and dashboardsChecklists, trackers and single-page dashboards styled to your brand.
  • Iterate like a director, not a debuggerThe core loop: describe → preview → correct in plain language → repeat.
  • Share itGetting your tool from the chat window into your team's hands.
Module B

Vibe Coding with Python

Python is where repetitive office work goes to die. Participants leave with automation scripts running on their own machines, built by prompting — plus the judgement to know when a script is trustworthy.

  • Automate Excel drudgeryMerge workbooks, clean data, reconcile two files, generate reports — scripts written by AI, verified by you.
  • Process files in bulkRename, sort, extract from and convert hundreds of files in seconds.
  • Read errors without fearWhat to paste back to the AI when something breaks — the skill that makes everything else durable.
  • Test before you trustThe CA habit applied to code: verify a script on known data before it touches real work.
Formats

Three ways to run it.

All formats are customised to your industry and delivered on your team's real documents and tasks — never generic exercises.

BEST FOR: FINANCE · AUDIT · OPERATIONS TEAMS
6 WEEKS

Team Transformation Programme

Weekly live sessions plus between-session build assignments reviewed individually. Covers both tracks in depth and finishes with a demo day where teams present automations they built for their actual roles.

BEST FOR: DEPARTMENTS · CA FIRMS · SHARED SERVICES
How we measure it

Feedback forms measure the trainer. We measure the team.

Training that ends at "great session!" changes nothing. Every programme defines its success upfront in artefacts: tools built, automations running, hours saved. Thirty days after the programme, we check what's still in use — and report that number to you honestly.
